Robert assists in providing strategic leadership for the overall management and operations at Polygon. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and is both a Chartered Public Accountant, CA and a Chartered Business Valuator. Prior to joining the company in 2003, he spent six years with KPMG, including three years as a member of its Corporate Finance team.

Wendy Waters has over 24 years of experience analyzing real estate trends. For 18 years, she led the research team at GWL Realty Advisors, an institutional real estate investment manager specializing in commercial, industrial and rental properties. She is currently expanding her knowledge of lending, strata housing, and AI.
