What does a healthy future look like to you? On Monday July 1st, the Walas Innovation Centre is joining the celebration of our national day at Canada Place! We will educate about the latest in green technology in the Innovation Zone, where we and other groups will be showcasing the tech and innovations to shape Canada’s future

This year, our Innovation Space will highlight the following for you:

• Earth Charter – the ethical framework for the World of Walas and has its official celebration day on June 29th every year
• TZOA, with their air quality consumer device and life testing!
• Sepura by Anvytech, an eco-friendly food waste disposal
• Ricardo Peralta, who designs homes for health
• Walas Innovation Centre, that’s us!

The afternoon is a chance for people of all ages to get inspired by technologies that enhance homes and inspire to live a little greener. You will be able to design your personal Earth Charter “dream cup” and plant a seed to take home with you.

The Walas Innovation Space is in opportunity to educate and take action together.

Come discover and join in the fun as we celebrate the Earth Charter and Canada Day this July 1 from 11 AM – 6 PM!

July 1 at Canada Place will be a full day of family-friendly entertainment – including innovation zone, free live music displays, roaming performances, engaging brand activations and food vendors, and evening fireworks spectacular – making for the largest Canada Day celebration outside of the Nation’s capital!
