Public service calls on you to put your values into practice. This workshop offers practical tools to lead with integrity and working through tensions.

Veronica O. Davis will share stories from her own practice, choosing integrity over complacency, what it required, and what it changed.

You’ll leave with:

• Tools to identify and uphold the values that guide your work in complex community and city contexts 
• A strategy to engage productively with councillors and senior leaders 
• Connections with peers across jurisdictions to share experiences and ideas for addressing obstacles and opportunities 

This workshop is for local and regional government staff, transportation authority staff and other practitioners whose work shapes transportation in their communities.

This workshop is held in collaboration with SFU Renewable Cities.
