About the event

Explore the Beautiful Diversity of Living in Heritage

In 2015 we offer the chance to take a look at the beautiful diversity of living in heritage. Ticket holders will get to tour inside heritage and character homes across Vancouver including two apartment buildings, one a traditional building purpose built as units, and the other a converted commercial building with amazing wood beams and exposed brick along with plenty of nods to the history of the building. We’ll also look at unique private single-family homes which range from a cozy and comfortable home filled with an amazing collection of vintage furniture and antiques, to a lovely South Granville home with plenty of original features. This self-guided tour gives you a whole day to get yourself to the homes and talk with homeowners, architects and experts in construction and heritage. See how others are living in heritage and get inspiration for your own project, or just marvel at the creativity and diversity of options found in character and heritage homes.
