It's been a while... ...since you've heard from us, and we've got good news about 2017 just below, along with a new a new initiative aiming to take VDW beyond its event origins. The Plan for 2017 Since VDW premiered in 2014, we've been looking at how to make the organization and event sustainable for years to come. With that effort beginning to bear fruit, we've committed to a more concentrated event for 2017, with an eye to a robust offering in 2018 and beyond. That work is starting to bear fruit, but for now mark your calendars for May 12, 13, and 14 for Vancouver Design Week(end) 2017. We'll be bringing back popular programs from 2014, such as Open Studios, with refinements and new participants.
