About the event
The City of Vancouver has a vision to "make cycling safe, convenient, comfortable and fun for people of all ages and abilities." The city has now completed several innovative infrastructure projects that support this vision, ranging from major corridor reconstruction to inexpensive street painting. Regardless of scale, each design intervention is intended to appeal to children, seniors, and new cyclists. What lessons has the city learned through implementing these projects, and what design feedback do you want to share to further cycling as a normal part of everyday living for all in Vancouver?
