About the event

Nature deficit disorder is the term sometimes used to describe what some think is a growing trend in young people’s preference to spend time indoors with ‘screen’ technology rather than outdoors in nature. Is spending time in nature important? As cities continue to grow, how does our understanding of nature change? And is technology replacing our experience with the outdoors?
