Richard Campbell

Richard Campbell has over 17 years of expertise in cycling and sustainable transportation. He is a founder of the Vancouver Area Cycling Coalition, the British Columbia Cycling Coalition (BCCC) and Better Environmentally Sound Transportation (BEST). He is also a member of the City of Vancouver’s Bicycle Advisory Committee and has successfully championed the 30 kilometer Central Valley Greenway, wider sidewalks on the Lions Gate Bridge and the bicycle path on the North Arm (Canada Line) Bridge.

Richard did not have a bicycle as a child and did not learn how to cycle until his early twenties. Ever since, he has been making up for lost time.
