It's no secret more men cycle in North America than women. Many believe that with safer conditions the gap will close. But a new UCLA study suggests deeper societal issues are at play, such as the division of labour (child-serving trips, groceries, chores, etc). What policy changes are needed to address this and close the gender gap for good?
